Airport Assistance Services

At Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), Airport Assist helps travellers move smoothly through the airport with personalised support.

Fast Track Assistance

LAS becomes busy- late afternoon and evening hours when most of the flights are arriving and leaving. Airport Assist will guide you out of security lines in less time and use expedited lanes (where available) to get to the fewest congested lanes, assist in expediency steps that can trim down the wait before clearing the line. This is best suited to close domestic ties and passengers who abhor waiting lines.

Meet and Greet

We greet you at the curb (Terminal 1 or Terminal 3) or the gate and take care of any basic check-in procedures you might require, and then take you through security or straight into the ground transport. To families, elderly, or someone who is quite fatigued upon arrival, first 10-15 minutes turn out to be much less hectic due to a smiling face and a transportation escort.

Lounge Access

We arrange access to the airport’s paid and airline lounges — the Centurion Lounge (Concourse D), The Club LAS, United Club and carrier clubs in Concourse D/E — and will pre-book day passes when needed so you don’t queue at the door. Useful for long layovers, international transfers, or anyone who wants a calm corner away from the crowd.

VIP Airport Assistance

For business clients or VIPs, Airport Assist provides dedicated escorts through the terminal, priority handling at check-in and security (where allowed), and help to coordinate private transfers to the Strip. This reduces stress when you have meetings or short connections—and it keeps your schedule tidy.

Family & Special Needs Support

We can organise wheelchairs, stroller support, or escorts between gates, and flag accessible restrooms and mother’s rooms along your route. Traveling with little kids or mobility needs becomes far easier when someone plans the route and waits with you rather than you guessing where elevators or quiet rooms are.

Baggage & Porter Help

Porter services meet you at curb or baggage claim to collect and transport luggage to a ride or to an onward flight check-in — especially valuable if you’re moving across concourses or hopping between carriers. It’s a small cost for keeping your shoulders and back intact.

Transit Assistance

If you’re connecting at LAS (domestic→international or vice versa), we coordinate re-check procedures, guide you to customs/immigration lanes in Terminal 3 when required, and make sure you catch the right people-mover or shuttle — no surprises from gate changes or long walks.

Layover & Connection Tips

  • Know your destination on the terminal before you take off- Most domestic flights are carried out by Terminal 1 (Concourses A-D), and the international arrivals, and certain carriers, are based in the Terminal 3 (Concourse E); transfers between the two terminals (T1 and T3) are performed with the help of the shuttle/train- Transfers It takes 20-40 minutes to transfer between terminals fully depending on the queues.
  • Peak times = longer waits - Busiest are evenings (4-9pm) and holiday weekends. Taking flight in those phases, you will have to endure longer security lines and add buffers. Airport Assist will be able to suggest the most efficient checkpoint.
  • Lounge strategy - Otherwise, assuming you do not have an airline lounge, book a day-pass to The Club LAS or the Centurion lounge (Concourse D) with better seating, snacks, and power; make a reservation on a busy day.
  • Immigration & customs note - International arrivals usually clear in Terminal 3; allow extra time (30–90 minutes depending on flights and CBP staffing). For official entry/transit rules check the U.S. CBP / State Dept site.
  • Quick city run? It is approximately 4 miles apart (10-20 min by driving) on the Strip. Will only short-trip off-airport with a minimum duration of 4-5 hours (transit + security buffers). Quickest are ride-share or taxi.
  • Wi-Fi & eSIMs - LAS provides free Wi-Fi as a guest; certain kiosks are selling SIM/eSIM top-ups at the arrivals. In case you use mobile data, either take an eSIM or a local prepaid SIM at the arrivals section before departing the terminal.
  • Baggage re-check - When you are between airlines in your itinerary, re-checking that you have your luggage, check it at the first check-in counter, or you must allow some time to baggage collection + re-check at the airport desks. We need to ask Airport Assist to take care of the porters to hasten this.
  • Flight monitoring & rebooking - Use airline apps for instant rebooking; if lines are long at the counter, airline customer service desks near main concourse hubs (Concourse D/E) often help faster mid-day. Airport Assist is even able to stand in line on behalf of you.
  • Minimum layover restrictions (realistic) - domestic- domestic: 60-75 minutes; domestic-international: 120 + minutes; international-domestic: 150 + minutes(to permit customs/immigration). These are practical times for travelers, not airline minima.
  • Kids & elders - CLT (typo aside — LAS) provides family restrooms and pet relief areas; request wheelchair or electric cart assistance early at your airline desk to avoid gate-to-gate exhaustion. (Ask Airport Assist to pre-book mobility help.)
  • Art & distraction - Walk the art installations (like the “Echoes of Las Vegas” mural and rotating pieces) — a relaxing way to kill 20–30 minutes without leaving security.
  • Observation & plane-spotting - If you love watching aircraft, seek out the public overlook areas or quieter concourse windows; they’re quick mood-boosters between flights.
